1. Get up early
When I wake up on time starting with drinking 2 glasses of warm water, then performing Fajar prayers, fulfilling my breakfast and baby's needs, I'm sure I have started the day with a good start.
Wake up quickly to make me have enough time for myself like doing light yoga while listening to the chirping of birds from across the street, seeing asoka flower petals bloom under the window and near the fence on the side of the road. It feels great and is ready to start a day full of energy!
2. Don't accept the gadget until the child and husband leave
For me this is luxury. I can focus on doing activities and giving full attention to my husband and baby.
It feels so amazing when you are able to get the luxury of this day and I live just fine without a gadget in the morning. Now I am struggling to pass on this habit to my husband and baby.
3. Expressive
My point here is that when I find something that is not pleasing as much as possible I will put forward the reason by choosing wise words, not causing discomfort, or not hesitate when I have to say no.
This expressive order in accordance with me is very useful so that we avoid the nature of storing chaff in the fire, which at any time triggered can be a very burning coal, able to increase anything needed in renewal.
4. Think clearly
From some of the events I learned it was in a hurry it must come down disappointed. So inhale, tell yourself when thinking clearly often accept solutions.
5. Make notes
Life is full of busy life, made by making a list based on priority, I am able to reach the target and avoid being delayed by work. And when invited into the mix I can sleep well and be ready to pick up dreams.
6. Positive thinking
The religion that I agree to think positively gives both physically and mentally. I also think with positive thinking, stress can be minimized, think to be clearer, have more friends and be loved and easy to grow up.

Every now and then I spoil myself. For example by playing favorite playlists, watching romantic drama movies, reading books or inspirational quotes or enjoying photography on Instagram or photo provider sites with a large collection of themes. It feels, again so pleasant. I like being reborn and full of energy.
